Aliya Aaron, MSHS, BSN, RN Aliya is a Registered Nurse, Founder, CEO, Entrepreneur, Startup Investor, and Advisor and with over 20 years of healthcare experience. Siddhartha works at the intersection of Responsible AI and Health Innovation at Microsoft across partnerships, policy and platforms focused on societal impact.
Prior to moving to a global role, he looked after Healthcare and Life Sciences Partnerships at Microsoft UK, where he joined after his MBA from INSEAD.
An undergrad in Computer Science, he worked in technology consulting, co-founded a social-impact startup using ML for preventive population-health in India and was selected for the MIT Global Entrepreneurship-Bootcamp (2014).
Siddhartha comes from a family of doctors, and has been a volunteer for Social Impact Health Initiatives around Women’s Health, Health Access, Health Education and Awareness for over 10 years.
David is a trained clinical psychologist with a focus in neuropsycholgy and worked in hospitals, outpatient and day-rehab settings. Now, David helps some of the top health systems in the country define and implement their digital health strategy.
In the past, he has created apps for U.S. Service Members and Veterans and digital solutions for PhRMA.
Mr. Cox leads strategy and operations for Microsoft Health Next, Microsoft’s cloud and AI-focused initiative to drive positive change in health and life sciences. He is an experienced business leader with deep expertise in incubating and commercializing new products and businesses, from early research through positioning, marketing campaigns, and strategic communications.

Ryan Elza is the Social Entrepreneurship in Residence for Social Connectedness at AARP Foundation and leads AARP Foundation’s social isolation and digital inclusion work. He has an extensive background in the social determinants of health, design thinking and civic engagement.
Ryan is a trained anthropologist, and has a master’s degree in technology entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland, and is also an avid mentor to students and startups at various stages of development.
Stephen Ewell is executive director of the Consumer Technology Association Foundation, a charitable foundation with the mission of linking seniors and people with disabilities with technology to enhance their lives. They support programs providing independence, purpose and vital connections for people across the country.
Steve graduated from Drew University with a Bachelors of Arts and earned his MBA and Masters of Science in information and telecommunications systems from Johns Hopkins University's Carey Business School.
He serves on the Advisory Councils for the Center for Inclusive Design and Engineering (CIDE) at University of Colorado and the Enhancing Neurocognitive Health, Abilities, Networks & Community Engagement (ENHANCE) at Weill Cornell.
Marty Exline is the Director of the Assistive Technology (AT) Act Technical Assistance and Training Center (AT3). The AT3 Center is the training and technical assistance provider to the 56 state and territory Assistive Technology (AT) Act programs.
Prior to his role with AT3, Marty served as the Director of Missouri Assistive Technology (MoAT). He was MoAT’s Policy and Funding Coordinator prior to serving as Director, focusing on Medicaid and long term care issues and administering a financial loan and other funding programs for assistive technology acquisition.
Marty has over 35 years of working in the disabilities field, including with a center for independent living providing training on ADA compliance for corporations and local governments. He served as director of a nonprofit foundation providing recreational opportunities for children and adults with disabilities in Kansas. He has also served as a funding coordinator for the Kansas/Nebraska branch of the Leukemia Society of America.
Marty has an MPA from the University of Kansas and a BS in Public Affairs from Emporia State University.
Jennifer is a leader in the telehealth and digital health industries who works with Ieso Digital Health and their program Eight Billion Minds (https://www.8bminds.com/) to create high quality scalable mental health care. In this role, she collaborates with clinical and academic researchers to develop new insights to improve access, outcomes, and engagement in mental healthcare. As well, she contributes to the development and commercialization of the 8BM digital therapeutics product line.
Her expertise include: conversational design, using AI and machine learning to improve the quality of therapy. Given her experience in this area, she has been an invited speaker at national and international industry, scientific, and academic conferences.
Prior to working with Ieso, Jennifer was Director of Behavior Health where she was essential in the creation of the first national telehealth therapy program with insurance reimbursement at American Well. In addition to program development experience, she comes with over 15 years of clinical experience which includes clinical work, training and research. She is an Attending Psychologist and maintains appointments with Harvard Medical School and the Department of Psychiatry at Boston Children’s Hospital.
Eliza Heppner is an experienced public health strategist that’s able to make sense of complex problems and deliver innovative solutions. She currently serves as the Director of Programs at AARP Foundation, the charitable affiliate of AARP. In this position she provides expert guidance on programs, policies and initiatives impacting low-income older adults.
Prior to joining the Foundation Eliza served as the Director of the Office of Strategic Initiatives at the Health Resources and Services Administration, an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services where she led the implementation of high profile federal priorities including the Affordable Care Act and the agency’s response to the opioid epidemic. HRSA is the primary Federal agency for improving access to health care services for people who are uninsured, isolated, or medically vulnerable.
Early in her career Eliza served as an AmeriCorps VISTA in Burlington, Vermont and worked on a variety of progressive issues across the state.
She received a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Vermont and a B.A. in Women’s Studies from Wells College.
Mustafa Kapadia is passionate about creating great products. He is at his best and happiest when he is helping product teams innovate, create products that their customers will love, and ultimately helping large enterprises win in an increasingly digital world. Over the last 17+ years, he has helped over 50+ Fortune 500 organizations transform – by helping them build products, set up and run innovation labs, and adopt new ways of working. Kasley Killam, MPH, is a social scientist, community builder, and public health consultant who specializes in how human connection influences health. She holds a master's from the Harvard School of Public Health, writes for Scientific American and Psychology Today, and frequently shares her passion as an expert guest in the media and international keynote speaker. Kasley is an active member of local, state, and national coalitions working to reduce loneliness and improve social well-being, and she has been recognized as a Global Shaper with the World Economic Forum for her work.

Nardo Manaloto is a healthcare technology industry veteran with over 25 years of management experience in solving healthcare challenges using innovation, user centered design, enterprise architecture, and new technologies. He is a strategic thought leader in ecosystem development, platform design, solution concepts, systems analysis, system transition, product architecture, hybrid value chains, and applied innovations to solve complex problems using current and emerging technologies. Nardo has worked with many healthcare stakeholders including health plans, providers, patients, and community points of view. He previously headed up Kaiser Permanente’s Innovation, Solution Design, and System Transition groups and has applied full innovation life cycle to scale new solutions and sunset legacy systems on an enterprise level. He has also worked with technology startups including roles as Chief Product Officer, Chief Innovation Officer, and Chief Technology Officer with companies that utilize artificial intelligence algorithms and capabilities.

Mohith Narayanan is the Vice President of Innovation for B&A. Mohith leads B&A’s solution development strategy, customer engagement, IT operations, and manage the organizations’ research and development activities. Mohith plays a strategic role in B&A business development and proposal efforts as well. Mr. Narayanan has over 17 years of experience in technology and a proven record of applying program management, strategic innovation, and business development to deliver exceptional business results across both public and private sectors. His technical and business leadership skills include strategic planning, technical innovation, business creation and growth, and building trusted customer relationships.
Prior to joining B&A, Mohith worked as a Technology Leader managing many programs including Cloud FedRAMP Accreditation, Data Migrations, and Agile Transformations. Mohith was also responsible for leading the Solution Engineering Group for the federal health and civil division helping government clients develop innovative solutions within Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, and Enterprise IT. His focus included leading solution architecture on pipeline activities greater than $100M, shaping procurement opportunities, and collaborating with customers to execute successfully and improve business results. Mohith holds bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, and in Mathematics from Bowie State University and a master’s degree in Management of Secure Information Systems from George Mason University.
Keith Powers has been active in start-ups, investments and building world-class companies, organizations and community development projects for over 20 years. He is currently a Managing Partner at Engaged Partners, LLC, and works closely with inventors, entrepreneurs, investors, philanthropists, and CEO's to help them take their passions, companies and investment portfolios to the next level. He is also developing a large-scale incentive prize to foster breakthroughs in health and longevity and is a member of the National Academy of Medicine's "Healthy Longevity Initiative Design Committee".
Timothy Ramsey has over 15 years of experience in behavioral health. At Eli Lilly, he was the business representative on all of the neuroscience drug development teams. He co-founded SureGene, a behavioral health personalized medicine company. He has over 25 issued patents for personalized medicine in behavioral health and designed the first patient-centric digital PGx portal. Later, he led Behavioral Health for Clinical Reference Laboratory following its acquisition of SureGene. He earned his MBA at the University of Chicago and his MS in Biochemistry at the University Of Louisville School Of Medicine.

Dr. Tkach is the Chief Behavioral Health Officer for Affinity. He oversees the integration of mental health-informed practice and related research initiatives for select divisions of Affinity, as well as leads the Return to Work division, where Affinity is an industry leader in providing enterprise wide COVID-19 testing to employers, universities, and other business partners. Additionally, he oversees the creation of technology-based platform interfaces to support increased program engagement for clients that are typically not as likely to engage in treatment programming.
Dr. Tkach is a licensed psychologist and has 15+ years of mental health and addiction treatment experience. His experience includes clinical and/or leadership positions at some of the leading mental health and addiction treatment centers as well as managed operations and process improvement for Fortune 100 companies in the retail and banking industries.
Dr. Tkach is a published researcher on addiction treatment, semiotics, mobile therapeutics, employee recruitment and retention, evidence-based practice, and trauma informed care. He is also an accomplished presenter to a variety of audiences on numerous clinical and research related topics. Dr. Tkach has extensive teaching experience in doctoral level clinical psychology programs and medical provider training programs. Dr. Tkach has specialized training and experience with the use of TeleMental Health and digital platforms to provide care.
He has been the recipient of professional awards for his work including the Distinguished Alumni Award and a Clinical Innovation Award for designing technology based strategies for removing barriers to entry for under-served clients seeking care, as well as has appeared on radio and other media platforms for professional interviews on a variety of topics related to mental health.
